The functions that are offered are subject to occasional change. No liability is assumed for the availability of the systems or for the accuracy, currentness or completeness of the available entries.

You are responsible for the information which you provide through our services. We reserve the right to erase contents that infringe our terms of use, without stating any reasons why.

In particular, this relates to contents that infringe personal rights or fail to comply with copyright. We do not accept any contents that have the purpose of spreading hate, that either approve of or actively encourage violence, that target individuals or groups of individuals on the basis of their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, nationality or sexual orientation. We do not allow any contents of pornographic nature.

Authorized use

All direct or indirect application or use that is of an improper nature is prohibited. This includes all use and application of the data and information for business and commercial purposes, whether in electronic form or in any other form (for example, telephone books in text form or on CD-ROM), as well as preparing for such use or application, such as the recording or copying of the data. In this respect, it is of no relevance whether only partial or complete data sets are used or applied in this way.

Notwithstanding, the user is not permitted to use the Internet services or their interfaces, nor any other computer program or automated process in order to carry out automatic search queries to search for and/or acquire content (including, but not exclusively, "Scraper", "Miner", "Crawler", "Spider" or "Robots").

Violations of these terms of use will be legally prosecuted and entitle krick.com GmbH + Co. KG to the temporary or permanent blocking of the corresponding user and/or IP addresses for all services.

Limitation of liability

The company krick.com GmbH + Co. KG shall not assume any liability for the availability of the systems or the accuracy, currentness or completeness of the available entries.

The company krick.com GmbH + Co. KG shall not assume any liability towards you or towards any other natural or legal person for a possible loss of use, income or profits, for the loss of or damage to data, for other commercial or economic, direct or indirect, coincidental or special damages, for damages in a legal context or damages arising from the punishment of crime, or for consequential damages which you may suffer in any connection with the use of the software or the trust you may place in it.

This limitation of liability does not apply in case of grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty or injury to life, body or health.

The rights and obligations from this contractual relationship are determined by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

seeker provides you with the information and address details of points of interest (POIs). Such POIs and the texts, images, graphics, files etc. that are used by seeker are either researched in-house or licensed by the rights holders and approved for publication.
